Sometimes art does not show in a collection

i added something of my art (http://opengameart.org/content/cc0-texture-resources-3-wood) into my collection for photo resources.
then i noticed that i can see the collection on the page of the submission, but it didn't show up in the collection page (http://opengameart.org/content/photo-resources-for-making-textures)
after removing and re-adding it to the collection all was normal.
do you know how often this happens and why?
have you ever noticed this with one submission?
I haven't actually seen this happen before, and I don't know why it would. If it happens again, leave it as-is and I'll take a look at it.
it happened again
i added my submission http://opengameart.org/content/dungeon-tileset-with-walls-and-floors into the collection "good cc0-art", it shows this under the collections-"area", but when i go to the page of this collection i can't see it anywhere.
