Good Diagonal View Character Sprite Examples

Howdy,

Working on a top down 2D title and want to give the main character sprites for moving diagonally, that is Left and Up, or Right and Down, etc.

Did a few searches but all I could find were sprite sets with the 4 base directions (left, right, up, down) so thought I'd ask if anyone knows of any good examples of character sprites on OGA that contain diagonal views?

thanks in advance!

am I missing something, don't see any diagonal facing sprites in there, just the standard LPC set which is facing left, right, up and down.

Yeah, diagonals are a bit harder, and of course add a multiplier to the total number of frames you need.  Some isometric sprites have enough perspective imprecision that they would probably work as diagonal movements in a normal RPG perspective world, but then you don't have front and side motion.  Aside from that, I can't think of any in the archive.
