Submission appears when logged out but not when logged in?

This obvious mega-man edit shows up in the gallery when I'm logged out and I can view it when logged out, but when I log in and try to view it I am told "You are not authorized to access this page." and it is gone from the gallery.
This has happened a couple times in the past.
EDIT: now it's gone from both. I guess it was deleted and just slower to remove from public view?

This is possible, when the public view, which is requested quite often, is cached for less load on the original server.
I have no idea if this technigue is deployed here at oga though.
it appears to be unpublished but not deleted. i cannot see it when not logged in.
