RPG Action - Make your own Action RPG on iOS

RPG Action is an app on iphone/ipad that allows anybody to make their own action RPG game for iOS. No programming is required.
The intended release date is Late 2015. Some features:
a) Easy-to-use mapeditor (autotile, animated tiles, height and impass)
b) Touch-based event system (quest, triggers, animated storyline, no programming required)
c) Action RPG (i.e. hack n slash like Zelda/Secret of Mana)
d) Extensive libraries (Mostly OGA: monster, terrain, objects, portraits, etc.)

will this app be for free?
As of now, I will be charging a nominal fee to recover my investments in the assets. Don't intend to profit from this. Making games is a hobby :)
