What is the best tool for normal maps in your opinion?
@Duion : A combination of custom handmade normal map from xNormal & from Crazybump. It depends of the texture but it might be good enough for most of them.

I recently replaced all terrain textures in Stunt Rally 2.3 with yours (mostly).
