When we get email notifications that there's a "new comment for your post", it'd be nice to have the commenter's username in the email.

I was going to start a new thread with this exact same comment but figured I should read first. I'd like to bump this as a current request for me too. The title line that contains the first bunch of characters from the comment could be replaced by the commenters name, that would be most useful.
I'd like to add that we should have a tab on our profiles to see the latest comments on our submissions, not just the comments we'ved made.

Feels like the same problem with the RSS feed too. Though my opinion changed a bit. Using the title of the thing that received the comment rather than the first few characters of the response would really help. The RSS feed is a great idea but without some idea what forum discussion, art ,or other asset is receiving the comment it's basically useless. Without some idea what the comment relates to I have to open the site in a browser to figure out what I'm reading, defeating the purpose of the RSS feed.
Correction, active forum topics RSS feed uses a real title. If the recent updated RSS feed and emails did the same thing it would help usability.
