I need help compiling some sprite sheets

Hey guys, I am trying to create sprite-sheets for some characters developed for a game PARPG. Specifically, they can be found here:

http://subversion.assembla.com/svn/parpg-assets/trunk/objects/agents/npcs/

I intend on uploading the ordered sprite-sheets under the same license after.

They isolate each frame into an individual image, and then each image corresponding to a given direction is further isolated into it's respective (direction) folder.

I am using a tool to merge these images but it doesnt' keep the images in any particular order, so I can get some seriously non-sensical animations. I spent three hours going through the tedious process of importing one and the animations didn't even come out in order ...

Any advice?

Thanks.

I've figured it out.

I'll be posting the spritesheets soon.
