What kind of program people are using to make this spells for mmorpg like league of legends.
like fire and ice and other spells.
And can someone say how you call this because i have typd it on google like game speciale effect or game skills but i dont found what i searched for.
Those are typically done with particles. Some engines include special editors for making pretty particle effects, but for the majority you just have to "hand code" them.
P.S.: LoL is no MMORPG
