This is a derivative of Clint Bellanger's Boxy Bold Font which adds lowercase letters. These differ in style a bit, but provide even smaller letters.

Oh this is fantastic! I didn't think there were enough pixels left to do lowercase well, and this looks superb.
Well, this is nearly the tightest one can get while keeping the letters' shapes and style (even then, look at what I had to do with a and e...)
I had to change the style somewhat for i/j/l so they'd look a bit different from each other and the capital I, and g/y so that g doesn't look exactly like 9).
P.S. The font did gain an extra pixel of height below the baseline, though.
I noticed the a/e and the extra bottom pixel. I think it's all perfectly in line with how the font should work with lowercase. In pixel art games I've been using this font with line heights of 10 pixels (for dense text, maybe 15 pixels for relaxed text), so the dangling g,j,p,q,y will fit comfortably.
Now I'll have to update the font I made. I just made up the lowercase letters because I didn't know what to do. This looks much better than what I came up with initially. Thanks for the addition!
It may be a couple days before I can integrate the lowercase characters. I'm definitely going to include these! I started thinking that I should include support for non-English characters such as these:
I want English, Turkish, German, and Spanish characters because I plan to localize my game in at least 2 of those. I added a few other letters from Norwegian and French because they're common usage and it's possible to find them, even sometimes in English. If usr_share, Clint Bellanger, and cemkalyoncu can come up with something I'll be ecstatic to add whatever comes from your efforts into a proper True Type font so everyone can benefit from it.
Don't do this if it its a pain, but because each character "sprite" is a different size, it'd be easier to use if it was broken up. Like a zip with each character having their own png file. Just a suggestion, and again don't do it if its a bother though. Great job btw and thanks for the work.
I added the lowercase letters to my font. This is still the link (updated download file and preview to reflect new content):

@EternalArchon
cemkalyoncu already did the uppercase letters and symbols here:

Maybe you can get him to do the same with the lowercase letters if you ask nice ;)
good work
really cool
The example says "A quick brown fox jumps over a lazy dog." Which is a fine sentence, but doesn't include the letters 'T' or 'H'.
Just leaving a comment to say I used this font in my NES game/programming tutorial. Thanks!
