I've killed the 3 brothers (ten times) and explored the cave around etc but now i'm lost. Is there another quest to do or is it the end ?

Currently, there isn't any content after killing the three brothers. I think Clint is working on a completely new storyline that will be released once Flare hits beta.

Kill the brothers, loot the runed chests, then go do it all over again with a different class or (even better) start playing around with the mods and/or code.
