LPC style female orc, needs clothes and accessories
Here's my attempt at a female orc/ogre:
http://opengameart.org/content/female-orc-base-walkcycle
(Male companion to be finished at a later date)
She's based on the female_walkcycle.png by RedShrike, from the LPC base assets.
The male orc/ogre is based on sinbad, also by RedShrike.
Layering the available 'female clothes' on this looks pretty dreadful, it needs more orcish clothing.
Anyone keen on drawing some clothes or accessories for her?
Pirate orc, punk orc, cyber orc, robot orc, barbarian orc, zombie orc, orc wizard...
Could also make good base for a vampire (them teeth :)

AND it'll work on ANY of the ladies once finished. Yessssss.
It's fun to see someone building off of Sinbad. He was on the list of characters I'd like to expand (especially in honor of his open-source pedigree) but yeah.
Here's a quick touchup of the shirtless version if you're interested:
Sweet, I'll use that to update the orc/sinbad spritesheet. Haven't done much work on that one yet, so timing is good ;) Got distracted by pirate orc women :o
It'll be even more fun to see what people do with these graphics, although it may generate a wave of 'shrek and princess fiona' games :o
Personally I'm hoping someone will make an orc-ball game - used to play it when I was still a student.

Whew, completed the female orc pirate sprite sheet, going to have a bit of a break before I tackle the male orc (even though there has been quite some demand for that one ;)

Hey Im messing around in Java and well Im looking for sprites/tiles to use would you mind if I use this? :o
Of course I don't mind. That's the whole point of this website, that everybody can use the art.
There is only one condition:
If you post your game/project on a public website, you must include the appropriate license with your project, and you have to give the artist/author credit somewhere in your project (readme, about dialog, credits, etc. )
If your project is only for personal use then of course all that doesn't matter.
Also (not required ;), we love screenshots, show us what you've done with the sprites :D
