This is something I completely missed and is also fantasic news! If only they could make details like this visible on the content page. I've used Pixabay in recent years as a source of inspiration and ideas, to think the whole time I could have used said texture as is. *sighs+*
Pixabay assets are ONLY compatible with CC0 if they were listed on pixabay prior to 2019-09-01. So, yes that's true, but not for everything on pixabay. I beleive all the textures above are properly CC0 :)
