General Discussion

questions about the copyright/attribution notice

Hi. First, as the co-developer of an upcoming browser game, I want to thank all artists who have submitted art to OGA, particularly those whose works we'll be using in our game. (We'll give everyone credit, even the authors of CC0 licensed works.) Second, a question about the copyright/attribution notice when submitting art to OGA, since we have commissioned some artists to create art for us, which we'd like to share here. Is the format "By [credit], commissioned by Versatiley." acceptable? Where [credit] will be either a name/nick or "anonymous". And can I submit the art from my (this) account using that format for the notice? Thanks for your feedback.

Yes. For commissioned works, that format is great.

Also; welcome! Glad you liked what you've found.
