It's a chicken I made with Blender & Gimp a long time ago (2005?). It works fine with a recent Blender (2.76).

The model has 562 triangles, is textured (UV mapping) and is animated (walk & eat).

The texture is a 512*256px png (.xcf provided).

This looks like a great model, but like a lot of models on here, it's only in Blender format which I'm unable to use.  Is there an easy way to convert it to glTF or Fbx?

Yes, the Blender format is a "source" format, so people can modify the model as they want (in the free/opensource tradition) , and they can generate the final format they prefer (gLTF did not even exist when I created this model). And Blender is an awesome free/opensource sofware, it's multiplateform & actively developped, so .blend remains probably the best format on a site like OpenGameArt.

I did not run Blender for a while, but it seems a gLTF file can be exported: https://docs.blender.org/manual/en/latest/addons/import_export/scene_glt...
