My name is Brayden Mitchell, and I'm the owner of a new startup studio called Sagewalk Studios. I've been in the market for hiring a concept artist to help me nail down an art direction for my game "Twisted RPG", a story based SRPG with a heavy emphasis on incorporating themes like trauma and society's responses to mental illness. There's a whole lot more I can dive into, but I'll save that for a discord call haha.

Here's the quick details:

tl;dr of the contract:

• Assist me in defining the style & art focus of my game, Twisted RPG.
• Design four full color, full body concepts for the four different 'main characters' in the game.
• Produce expression sheets for each of the main characters w/ six or so different expressions.
• Participate in a highly iterative design process with myself to really nail down the style and personality of each character.
• The Timeline is meant to be flexible, but I'm currently targeting approx. 1 design every 6 weeks. Let me know if you work faster/slower, however - I would like to strike a balance of delivery time and quality, and have no intention of asking for any kind of crunch on this. Ultimately I care about the quality of the end product far more than how quickly I get it.
• Portraits will not include backgrounds for now.

I'd love to make this a long term contract/a full time job once I get proper funding, but for now the project is entirely paid for OOP, so I can only offer and promise these initial concepts as contract work.
