Made these for a game that will never be released. It's funny, on OGA I read a lot that people create art and suddenly the devs cancel the game. Looks like it happened to me too ♥
The first design was my take, creating a wobbly alien boss. But they wished for a ship instead, so the second mock features a spaceship instead.
As always, public domain and including the Asesprite file (so you have the pieces layered).
If you don't have Aseprite: The zip now contains a file with all layers separately exported. You can import the spritesheet, each sprite is sized 240x320 px

If you want to collaborate on a shmup let me know, I'd love to do another one some time. I made one for the low-res game jam and really enjoyed it. I'm a programmer and do HTML5/Canvas JS games with my own custom framework.

I'd love to collaborate, currently I am very busy though. But I could maybe create some public domain assets for a shmup as a little side distraction slowly. Feel free to pm me what you have in mind :)
