Uploading Other Authors Works

It seems like it is not working. I click "no" for "Is this your own work?" but I cannot see the author field after that.

I'm having the same problem. I've seen screen shots where such an option used to exist - not sure where it is now. The item I have is Public Domain, but I can't upload it because the page has no Author field; but the page is asking me to fill it.

Anyone know how to fix that?

It is a known bug, but it seems to be considered lower priority and high effort to fix. I'd advise making the author clearly known in the attribution instructions and, when possible, add the author as a collaborator.
