All of these textures are 256x256 pngs created in GIMP 2.6 and working from the original versions of these skins, which are also available from the UFO:AI project and were originally created by Lukas "Rastaman" Beyeler .

As always, if you use these I'd love to hear about it, its not a requirement, but its just cool to know :)

Nice collection!

Can you add the corresponding unwrapped meshes to them as well?

Would make them more usable,  I think.

The meshes are not mine to post, they are however GPL2 so you can grab them from the UFO:AI git repository, here: http://sourceforge.net/projects/ufoai/files/UFO_AI%202.x/2.3.1/ufoai-2.3... the models can be found in base/models/civilians.  The models and source textures were made by Lukas "Rastaman" Beyeler, so if you contact him he may post them here.

I tried figure out how to get the models, all the links were dead, but i poked around and i think i found it. I don't recignize the formats tho.

1. Download this 1.3gb package

https://sourceforge.net/projects/ufoai/files/UFO_AI%202.x/2.5/ufoai-2.5-...

2. find the file at the path: ufoai-2.5-data.tar > base > 0models.pk3

3. the .pk3 is a .zip file, just change the filetype extension to .zip

4. models will be in: 0models.zip > models > civilians

Yes, someone should probably ask for permission from the original creator to get the models upload OGA.
