Nice find , I'll be using this in a sample game.
This was the closest I have found online to a full house set of the right era, so I spent a few weeks learning Blender and made this into a fully modular interior kit.
The buildings can be 2 or 3 stories, brick or plaster, and have any window or door. They have multiple internal stair and floor layouts, and all the windows / doors have been made double sided and re-uv wrapped.
