A tough and formidable-looking Goblin Charger for FLARE, based off of Clint Bellanger's Goblin Model.

Only the oldest and strongest in the goblin tribes can become what are known in the common tongue as the Chargers.  After a grueling secret ritual meant to test the goblin's ability to ignore pain, they are covered in the ritual body paint, and given only the most dangerous tasks.
