Fantasy portraits
A few portraits for fantasy RPG games - 32x32 and 64x64 versions.
Licence: CC0, use for whatever you want. :)
I was testing how well MidJourney AI can be used to make assets for games and... my back hurts, my head hurts, I spent the last two weeks generating, cutting, retouching and trying different dithering methods. Here are a few portraits I made this way - the rest I've released on Itch.io as a paid pack, maybe that will pay for painkillers, lol.
Note: I was a paid MidJourney user at the time of generating those images so have the rights to release the images (important for licensing).
Anyway, enjoy. They may need some cleaning up depending on what style you are aiming in your game.
Full set with up to 256x180 images is available on https://magory.itch.io/fantasy-portraits

That's great!
Thank you for indicating MJ as the assisted tool. Please also indicate if you were a paid user at the time. I know you are, but it is important to indicate that on the submission itself for licensing reasons.EDIT: Fixed, thanks! :)
Thanks for sharing.
Oops, forgot to add that, updated the description now.
This submission has been marked as having a potential licensing issue. Hopefully, this is temporary. This does not mean the submitter has done anything wrong or that there is even a licensing issue at all, but there is a potential licensing issue. As mentioned previously in various places on OGA, we said
The general consensus is changing now. Changing to what is not yet clear, but there are several ongoing US court cases involving exactly this topic. The court's decision on these cases will inform how OGA hosts assets created with the use of AI assistance. See https://opengameart.org/content/artificial-intelligence-assisted-artwork for more information.
This is NOT any sort of final determination or a permanent flagging of this submission. Regardless of the court's decisions about these tools, there are a lot of factors to take into consideration. Not all submissions will be handled the same way.
