I run a weekly musical challenge, every week there's a new theme and composer submit their track.
For example this week's theme is Wild West and composers have to go through this form to submit (licensing agreements are at the end of the form).

<Name of the composer> - RPG Title Screen Music Pack - <Name of the song>
I added this information in the description.

Rights belong to each composer but they gave the authorisation to distribute and use their track -meant to be used in gamedev initially-
So if you want to use this track in your game, go for it as long as you give proper attributions :)
