I disagree about RGB being bad. I never have trouble with it. If you have trouble with RGB format, perhaps that is a personal problem and not just the fault of the color system. That said, I never type colors in unless I need a very specific color and cannot use an eyedrop color-picking tool.
As far as 3D models go, if you have time to make a blueprint, you could have used that time modeling in the first place. However, if you mean to use designs as references, that works wonders in both 2D and 3D perspectives. I always draw sketches before I make anything very detailed. I also try to come up with clothing ideas in the sketching process when designing characters.
Custom resolutions should be available by typing them into the program. I think a plain text file leaves too much room for players to break the game accidentally, but then, if they did that, it would be easy to fix. What do you think?
I do not think difficulty settings need to be in-game only. The game should only load from the settings file when the game loads up, though, for technical reasons.
Good point about gamma settings. I am also thinking about DOF and FOV settings. Beyond those settings, I am drawing a blank. XD
Maybe settings for how many of a scenic item spawn at once and how detailed water and textures should be.
The square shields could use some trimmings. I also think the shading is too flat. You may want to consider remaking this set with better shading. The background is black, so I cannot tell if there is a black border. Is there a border or outline?
Wow. I remember EO. That game was pretty cool until the server went down and the site was poorly maintained.
What have you done to change the game? How many players are supported? How long is this server gonna last? People who play MMOGs play them because they want a long-term experience.
I think you should consider walking animations and maybe some other poses. If I was going to use this in a game, it would be a pet adoption kind of thing, because those do not need as much animation as most other types of games in order to be considered enjoyable. Good luck with future art.
How can it be CC0 and CC-BY? It's either one or the other. XD
Nice tiles. I think you should make some non-isometric tiles next and see what you come up with.

Looks more usable now! ^_^

Cute. Not a bad license, either.

Awesome work. You should consider making sheets more square, though. They are difficult to preview in this orientation. ;)
I like the neutral shading. Good work.
