SPACE MONSTERS YADDA YADDA
I've been putting a lot of hours into a game as of late:
GALAXY HEIST
You can go play it for yourself. I'm more of a UI Artist than anything else (and yeah, programmer), so my sprites look, well, horrific. Here's my page for it.

So essentially there are a few different enemies right now and I'm looking for static sprites to replace the ones I have. Something darker than what I have right now that looks if not more realistic a bit more detailed and intimidating. I've got a few different enemies (you can play the game to experience them all for yourself).
Bumble: Bumbles around. Purple guy. Hit him and lose shields.
Cretin: Bumbles toward you, shoots at you. What a jerk.
Wandle: Wanders around slowly, has a lot of health. Does a lot of damage when you touch him.
Heimer: Drops little mines that charge at you if you get too close. Heimers will avoid you if you get too close (keep in mind their mines will not).
Shreddy: Bounces around the screen at a medium speed. Explodes into many pieces when you shoot him, avoid the pieces when you do inevitably hit him. Doesn't explode if you touch him with your ship.
Bane: Follows you around the map like some kind of stalker. Can take a punch. Easy to outrun, but careful getting backed into a corner if you've got a lot of these guys on your tail.
Anyway, that's about it so far but I intend on adding a huge variety. I introduce one new enemy every other wave, where every odd wave is an introduction wave (only that type is spawned) and every even wave is an "All" wave, where all sorts are spawned.
Let me know if you're interested in helping me out! It'd be cool to see peoples' ideas for new enemies and implementing them. I'm totally willing to test out ideas for new enemies as well as adding art for existing ones.
