Looking for a great Pixel Artist for a 2D Platformer

Hello, I am the developer of a new indie game, titled "Viola." You play as a young woman who fights ghosts using magical musical instruments. I am currently looking for someone who will be able to make both the character sprites and the tilesets of the game, and I will be able to provide compensation, but after I see some artwork, and I am able to pool the funds together.
