Fight Sprites

Good afternoon. I am learning to code games but I am not at all an artist. My first game is a turn based fight game. I am currently using old street fighter characters to test the game wit. I have all the poses I need for this game.
If I supply the graphics I am using, can someone use those poses and create original characters? Also...how much would you charge for ths effort? I am not intending on selling this game as it is my first, so please go easy on my wallet. :-)
Hello, I am an up and coming artist, working hard to improve, but a beginner nonetheless and priced accordingly. I'd generally charge anywhere from $12 to $20 per hour.

I appreciate your offer, I like what you have done, but I am looking for something more than pixel art.
I downloaded DAZ and a bunch of free packs for it. I am going to see if I can get the poses I want from that. Should be simple enough as I am not looking to animate anything.
Is it vectors you want? Or more along the lines of hand drawn? Seeing as it isn't pixel art?
