Dark Reader Compatability

I tried using Dark Reader here, and it works for most elements, except for the background. What's weird is if you scroll down, you immediately see dark under it. I've tried digging into the HTML, but there's so many nested divs that it's really difficult to find exactly what's causing the site to have two background colors. I find it really weird that this is even a thing, since without DR, both sections have the same color. The part that stays blue is always the exact height of the monitor, if that helps. Could this element be left transparent? Allowing users to restyle the page would help with accessibility.
