There is something you can refer too, when picking me:

Sketches - 20 usd for designing one character. May apply flat color. Till final result 

Full illustration - splash art - i do draw your character like for commercial Project, with full render and polished details. Depends on difficulty of idea much, prices start with 60 usd for most simple, up to 125 usd for most difficult and detailed. I do anything, except furry and cyberpunk (May have some exclusions, like arknights-themed) , steampunk.
