This should be under 2D art instead of textures.
But it's textures for player
I've linked you some examples of what would generally qualify as a texture with most people.
https://opengameart.org/content/100-seamless-textures
https://opengameart.org/content/wall-grass-rock-stone-wood-and-dirt-480
https://opengameart.org/content/117-stone-wall-tilable-textures-in-8-themes
As you will see your submission has very little resemblance to any of the above examples and more like a 2D animated sprite.
Even your own decsription reads such, "this is a sprite for a person walking, use it in a topdown/RPG!"
alright ill put future sprites in 2d category in the future,i dont want to overcomplecate this any further (due to previous contreversies)if you were looking for a 3d player texture,i am sorry for the inconvinience.(both of you)
It is not my intention to make you feel uncomfortable, just trying to help :) Quite often text fails to convey ones tone.
Consider the following...
Someone is looking for something specific and is using search tags, maybe even exactly the content you have published, but if it's tagged incorrectly then there's a strong chance it'll be over looked and missed.
