Kenney, can these assets be used in a commercial title without worring about intellectual property violations? I am specifically asking about the main character that, some would say, looks too much like a Mario knock off.
Has anyone has any I.P. complaints from using this character in their commercial title?

We are trying to do a sobokan game on stencyl for our school. They gave us your tilesets but we don't know how to push box well and valide the game while boxes are on selected areas of the scene.
