This was a sound effect from the same failed project my HUD concept came from. This was used in the player character's artificial heart, which also granted the character certain super-hero powers.

Because that project is dead and I no longer even care about it, I want to pass this sound effect to the community in the hopes that it will finally be used in something far more deserving. I have even converted it into several popular formats (the original wav, mp3, ogg, and flac) so that you will be able to use it in almost any game no matter the audio format requirement.

Will it remain an artificial heart? Become a Radio-background noise, or perhaps a scanner effect? I leave that choice to you.
