Thanks again, I used this to copy and modify the head for my playable character.
WHY IS IT SO BIG??? I'M NEW WITH GAME MAKING AND I CAN'T SEEM TO MAKE THE SPRITE SMALLER. CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP???

Gimp is a great (free) tool you can try for getting your sprites to the desired size. Try this tutorial (just adjust the size down instead of up :)
