A collection of quirky, upbeat tracks akin to 2000s video game console soundtrack.

I've noticed that these kinds of musical arrangements are common in system software and relevant games on 7th and 8th generation game consoles such as the PS Vita and the Nintendo 3DS, alongside other consoles from the era. It shares close similarities to music from the technopop revival scene in Japan that (from my knowledge) occurred from 2006 to 2014.

This type of music is commonly associated with the Frutiger Aero aesthetic, however (personally) I haven't heard as many songs that attempt to capture the same vibe as they can sometimes sound a bit too similar to the Vaporwave genre or in some cases can be too heavily processed with bitcrush or reverb for me to enjoy. Nevertheless, the aesthetic is pretty much open to interpretation in terms of music, and there is most certainly many outliers out there.
