Made new HP/MP/XP Bars for Flare i hope you enjoy

Instructions:

1: Put the pngs in /images/menus
2: Open the following file  /menus/hp.txt (Not the image folder called menus)
3: Edit the line pos=xx.x.x.x.x to pos=0,0,300,36
4: Open the following file /menus/mp.txt (Not the image folder called menus)
5: Edit the line pos=xx.x.x.xx to pos=0,17,300,36
6: Open the following file /menus/xp.txt (Not the image folder called menus)
7: Edit the line pos=xx.x.x.xx to pos=0,34,300,16
