Excellent textures for Warzone 2100. Posted in this thread.
I find the grassy cliff texture especially astounding... The water is interesting as well. The others.. I have not yet taken a closer look at.
UPDATE: via private messaging I have been given permission to add GPL2/3 to the licenses :) Also the following info:
"It also may be useful to say that that water texture is designed to use additive blending (I think those are the right words)."
