That's because when I began sharing my music, it was primarily with Youtube creators. The Youtube community standards basically prohibit people from uploading content considered obscene or pornographic. And the vast majority of people who use my tracks are not creating obscene or pornographic content so it's never been a problem. I may decide to update the clause in my license, though. Thanks for pointing it out.

Why use Ogg tracks?

1. They tend to loop better in games.

2. They sound awesome...almost as good as my original WAV recordings...but are much smaller in file size...perfect for games and apps.

3. They are a cool (and affordable) way to support my efforts.
