As for the usage, this song is labeled as public domain (CC0) which means it can be used in non-commercial as well as in commercial freely without stressing whether you remembered to credit the original creator or not, it's not required, so there is no problem for you to use it c:

I will use this music but as I said its a practice project so only my family members and my friends will play the game I am currently making. If I would made this game public I will definitely include you in the credits. But for now I have to practice making more games and when I am confident enough I will release it to the public

Hey I'm planning on using this soundtrack for my custom map in "Jump King" I really love it.
