It's copyrighted, so it will get deleted.

But change the name to ‎Andrew Lincoln Pixel portrait, and _maybe_ it will be ok.

It shouldn't get deleted. It is a portrait of an actor. The creator of the portrait holds the copyright. But you cannot use it as Rick Grimes in a commercial project. Believe me I am a chemist

BTW, only commas work to separate tags.

Unfortunately portraits are complicated by the fact that people have additional legal rights about the use of their image above and beyond normal copyright issues.  This one isn't photorealistic or anything, so a simple relabeling would probably be adequate, but I've marked the submission as having a licensing issue in the mean time.

Call him Grick Rimes and say the similarities are just coincidence.

Some new legal information has come to light concerning using someone's likeness. http://www.dmlp.org/legal-guide/using-name-or-likeness-another

Unfortunately, it looks like using the likeness of celebrities (or non-celebrities) is a murky area unless permission to use it is explicitly granted for the given use. I think this asset is great and I'd rather it remained available, but OGA has to be the place where our assets are not legally murky.

I'm not trying to override others approval, so please accept my apologies, but I'm afraid assets portraying the likeness of real people can't be hosted here. :(

Let me know if you have any questions.
