I think lukems-br can use the CC-0 dices from Openclipart instead of the LGPL one from Wikimedia. So that he can release it under (less confusing and more permissive) CC-BY instead of GPL.

The main problem is that the author didn't state its license. But if it is CC-BY, since a screenshot might be considered a derivative work, you or anyone who uses it need to mention him. This makes CC0 impossible.
